Sleepless in Stockholm
Does anyone know whether milk actually helps when one is having problems sleeping? I mean, is there some kind of proof? Or is it just make-believe? It just crossed my mind as I had a glass just now, that what if this actually doesn't do anything. Oh, well. What do you do if you can't sleep? Any tricks?

The picture is so cute! haha I am the worst person to ask this question. I deprive myself of sleep. I'm either up worrying, on the computer or up for some other unproductive reason. Usually, I lay in bed and close my eyes until I sleep. I step away from my iPhone. That's a big helper.
I am such an insomniac. Sometimes a hot bubble bath and reading for a bit helps. I'm not sure about the whole milk thing. Hmmmmmmmmm
oh my goodness...I can't believe our mutual love for the band! I never meet people who are into them as much as me! And yes...I am basically looking for a Rick Danko look-a-like haha.
They are amazing! The Last Waltz dvd is fabulous. Neil Young singing helpless with them is pure gold!
So happy to have found your lovely blog :)

well, I just try the yoga exercise of relaxing my body starting at the toes and breathing in and out through each part of the body till you reach the crown of your head. I'm usually asleep by the time I reach my jaw! Good luck, insomnia is so distressing x
sorry that was me that deleted, I made too many typos! In a bit of a hurry today!

Agneta, the swedish one...
Stare at the ceiling and try to keep your eyes open. Also, a piece of toast with butter calms my stomach.:)

Thanks all for your great advice, I'm going to try them all, not just at the same time as that could turn out a bit difficult:) Bed the easiest thing was simply to change the position of my bed, lovely!
